Below are some suggested solutions in staying motivated.  However, one should also put into mind that not all of these will be effective since every person is different.  In order to keep the motivation, one should examine their behavior, listen to their instincts, and understand the methods of encouraging, bargaining, and tricking oneself.

The first phase to staying motivated entails that one begins from scratch.  Here one will have to set realistic goals that can be achieved at a specific time.  Start with small goals and accumulate several of these which you have accomplished.  Keep in mind that the more successful attempts you make, the better outcomes occur.  After accomplishing those simple tasks, it is time to make an even bigger and ambitious goal.  Do all these in your own creative space.  If you experience problems do not surrender.  You may set these aside and get back to them later on.  Being able to solve these challenges, will increase your confidence, let you gain experience and knowledge as well.  Try to find out the time of day when you work best and take advantage of it.  Every once in a while, look back and see how far you’ve come.

- If you come across something like a new idea or a creative endeavour, just go with the flow.  Do not break the spontaneity of the moment by setting goals.  See where this leads and start from there.

- Get out of your comfort zone.  The change in environment can give you some new ideas and will probably influence you in a positive way.
