  • The structure of your motivation letter must the correct heading elements correctly. Place your name and address on the top of your letter. Do not forget to include your contact details. The body of your letter must be made up with three or four paragraphs only. Lastly, conclude the letter with strong ending like what you can deliver whole heartedly and what you will aim to achieve.
